Rebecca Baldwin has provided administrative support to Benjamin C. Withers, Dean of the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences since joining in 2024.
Rebecca earned her associate’s degree from Black Hawk College and her B.A. in Public Relations and Strategic Communications from St. Ambrose University. Rebecca has over 15 years of experience supporting executive-level leaders.
