Bio
Arnold Woods earned his B.A. in Communication Studies in 2010 and his M.Ed. in Student Affairs in 2021, both from Iowa State. His focuses as Director of Student Leadership Initiatives are increasing graduation rates and directing BOLD, a learning community focused on developing student leaders. Arnold has worked at Iowa State since 2017, formally with the McNair and IINSPIRE LSAMP programs, and the CIRTL AGEP project.
