Bio
A graduate of ISU in 2003, I studied food science and spent over 20 years in the food industry doing R&D, recipe development, recipe testing and assisting food stylists. In 2009, I earned an MBA from Drake University, and continued to enjoy the food industry until making the switch to personal development coaching, speaking and adjunct instructing at the graduate level.
Math and Statistics students constantly amaze me with their skills; it's a privilege to spend time with them and be a resource for their growth during their collegiate experience. Getting to be on campus at my alma mater is the best! There's no place like home.
My Wheaten Terrier, Hank, loves Iowa State, too. You may spot us going for a walk on Central Campus or see him hanging out my minivan window. Make sure to stop and say hi!
When not at work, Hank and I love hanging out with my husband (and his favorite pet-parent), spending time outdoors, traveling, cooking, eating and laughing.
