Bio
Brad Dell, Interim Associate Dean for Strategic Innovation, is also professor and chair of the Department of Music and Theatre at Iowa State University and the Co-Director of ISU’s Emerging Leaders Academy.
Dell earned a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from Westminster College and a Master of Fine Arts in Directing from Western Illinois University. Throughout his career, he has combined artistic leadership with a commitment to organizational innovation, faculty development, and student success. Nationally, he serves as Co-Chair of the American College Theatre Festival, where he has helped advance leadership development and strategic initiatives across higher education and the performing arts.
