Bio
As the senior development officer for the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, I help build connections with our alumni and friends that lead to high-impact philanthropic investments in areas like: scholarships for our students, named professorships for our world-class faculty, important capital projects and a variety of other experiential learning opportunities. It’s a privilege to work with such a diverse group of alumni who experience the joy as they give back to something they love and value. While I’ve had the opportunity to work with Iowa State benefactors from all over, most of my out of state travel occurs in the Washington, D.C., area, Twin Cities, Houston, Austin, and Omaha. Originally from Wisconsin (Go Packers!), my wife and I met at Central College in Pella and consider ourselves adopted Cyclones as we enjoy raising our three children in family-friendly Ames.
