Bio
I believe development is the perfect blend of organization, strategy and building relationships that can change lives. Not only do our donors often experience a significant personal gratification when they make a gift to Iowa State University, but they also change the lives of our students and faculty. Whether it is a gift to help support a faculty position in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, to fund critical research, or to provide student scholarships, our donors know they are helping causes that are important to them personally and to Iowa State University. As a development officer for the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, I work with donors from southern California, the Pacific Northwest, Texas, the Ohio River Valley region and Iowa. Previous to working for the Iowa State University Foundation I worked for five years in the Iowa State athletics department in communications. I am in my first year with the Foundation, and I am currently completing my Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration.
