LD ST 422, “Theory to Practice,” covers the latest thoughts in the field of leadership studies while also engaging students in conversations around ethical, adaptive leadership practice.
This seminar format is focused on maximizing each student’s leadership potential. The final capstone project is designed to be a critical analysis of leadership theory to inform practice, with emphasis on ethical leadership and the alignment of personal and organizational values.
This three-credit course is taught by Amber Manning-Ouellette, lecturer of leadership studies, and counts as a capstone for the leadership certificate or as an elective for both the certificate and the minor. The course will meet Tuesday/Thursday from 11 a.m. to 12:20 p.m.
